What we collect, and what we do not
Short version: we collect only what you type into the enquiry form, we use it to reply, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Who we are
DaliTek Consulting Services LLC ("DaliTek", "we", "us") builds custom websites, web applications, and workflow automation. We are based in Central Florida and work with clients in the United States and internationally.

What this website collects
1. Project enquiries
When you submit the enquiry form, we receive the information you enter:
- your name and email address;
- your business or organisation name, if you provide it;
- the type of project, budget range, and timeline, if you provide them;
- your description of the project;
- the page you submitted from, and the time of submission;
- a referral partner code, if you arrived through a partner's tracked link or QR code (see below).
Why: solely to read your enquiry and reply to it. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
2. Referral partner codes
Some of our partners share a tracked link or a printed QR code. If you arrive through one, a short code identifying that partner is stored in your browser and attached to any enquiry you send within 90 days. This exists so the partner who introduced you is credited — nothing more.
- The code identifies the partner, not you. It contains no personal information about you and cannot be used to recognise you elsewhere.
- It is stored in your browser's local storage, not a cookie, and it is not shared with any third party.
- It is replaced only if you clear your browser data, or arrive through a different partner's link after 90 days.
- You can remove it at any time by clearing site data for dalitek.us in your browser settings.
If you would rather your enquiry carried no referral code, clear your browser data for this site before submitting, and we will simply receive an ordinary enquiry.
3. If you join as a referral partner
Generating a referral kit happens entirely in your browser — the moment you request it, your name, email, organisation, and relationship are used to build the code, link, and card on your device. If the site is running with a database available, those details are also recorded so we can match a code to a person. On a plain static hosting setup there is no such database, and the enrolment email you send to us is the record instead.
Your email is never published and never appears on the shareable or printable card. It is used to derive your code, to contact you about your referrals, and for nothing else. You can ask us to remove your partner record at any time.
4. The savings estimator
The calculator on the home page runs entirely in your browser. The values you move are not transmitted anywhere, not stored, and not associated with you. There is no email gate.
5. The concept demos
The four interactive prototypes use invented sample data held in your browser's memory. Anything you type into a demo stays on your device, is discarded when you reload or leave the page, and is never sent to us. Please do not enter real personal or confidential information into a demo.
6. Technical information
Our hosting provider records standard server request data — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — to serve the site and protect it from abuse. This is normal web server logging, retained for a limited period.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It uses your browser's local storage for three small purposes:
- remembering that you dismissed the "install this app" prompt, so we do not show it again;
- allowing the service worker to cache pages you have visited, so the site loads quickly and works offline;
- remembering a referral partner code, as described above, so a partner gets credit for an introduction.
Both are stored on your device. You can clear them at any time through your browser's site-data settings, and everything continues to work.
Analytics
This website does not currently load any third-party analytics or advertising scripts. If we add analytics in future, this page will be updated to name the provider and explain what is measured before it goes live.

Fonts are the only third-party resource loaded on a normal page view. If you would prefer no third-party requests at all, the site still renders with your device's default fonts — the CSS lists fallbacks for exactly that reason.
How long we keep enquiry details
We keep enquiry emails and submissions for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of work we have quoted on. If your enquiry does not lead to a project, we will delete it on request. If it does lead to a project, the details form part of the client record and are kept for the period required for business and tax purposes.
How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry submissions is limited to the people who need it to reply. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise — which is why we ask you not to send passwords, payment card details, or confidential records through the form.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you;
- correct anything inaccurate;
- delete your enquiry and any related records, where we are not required to keep them;
- stop contacting you.
Email support@dalitek.us and we will act on it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights — we will honour those too.
Children
This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this page
If our practices change, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes affecting how enquiry information is handled will be noted clearly rather than slipped in.
